The Tamanend Candle company name is a namesake of a Lenape chief of chiefs. Tamanend is known as the Patron Saint of America. St. Tammany Parish in Louisiana is named for him. Our journey began with a simple desire to create artisanal candles that bring warmth and peace to your daily life. We both hand-pour our creations and source from other companies that use only the purest beeswax and soy blends, ensuring every candle is a testament to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
